Provides periodic training to management on legal updates and “hot topics.” Managed all employment issues relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, including creating and implementing policies and protocols regarding safety, sick leave, accommodations, testing, contact tracing, and vaccinations. Was a top 3 finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2018 Top Corporate Counsel award for Labor & Employment.
