Derek Della Valle is an Associate with Ice Breaker Resources. He feels that the recruiting industry is not about finding someone to fill a job, but about facilitating the perfect marriage between a candidate and client through an executive search process directed by industry expertise in a professional, ethical and goal-oriented manner.Prior to joining Ice Breaker Resources, Derek spent seven and a half years at E&C Services as a Senior Recruiting and Client Relationship Manager. At E&C Services, Derek worked in the engineering and construction and safety industries, with some of the most prominent companies both domestically and internationally.Derek is a 2005 graduate of the California University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Sports Management. Derek’s constant competitive drive to find the right candidate for the proper role is what brought him to Ice Breaker Resources, the premier retained executive search firm in the real estate industry.
