   Before I joined Circle, I was a customer of their product; The FP & A Hub hosts our community on Circle\'s platform. Having personally benefited from their amazing product, I had to shoot my shot when an FP & A position opened up, and I was lucky enough to get the job!It\'s an exciting time to be at Circle. We\'re expanding internationally, moving up-market, and building new products and revenue streams - all at the same time!As Circle\'s business model continues to evolve, I\'ve been able to leverage my skillset in the following areas- Optimizing our Pricing & Packaging to drive conversion rates and expansion- Designing compensation plans for Sales and CS teams- Managing the data room and fielding due diligence requests for $XXM in financing- Implementing AI to speed up and improve the quality of monthly financial reporting and variance analysis- Creating customer P/Ls to analyze pricing, acquisition channels, and upgrade paths- Building MRR reporting in-house for deeper customer analysis- Project modeling for the big bets we\'re making- Scaling the Strategic Finance function as we continue to support the growing complexity of the business
