I currently serve as Head of Finance for a major family-owned holiday park and leisure operator, in which I am responsible for overseeing the Finance, HR, Payroll, Systems, and IT functions of the business. One of my standout achievements is spearheading the refinancing of the business with the company\'s bank, which led to securing long-term loan finance and day-to-day working capital facilities, whilst providing stability and support for company operations. Additionally, I played a key role in steering the migration of the company\'s IT system (Microsoft Dynamics) from on-premise to cloud-based. This involved a comprehensive review and upgrade of existing systems, resulting in improved productivity, cost savings, and enhanced data security.
