Played football on scholarship at 1- AA Liberty University under Danny Rocco and trained under Master Strength Coach Bill Gillespie. Started at Liberty University playing fullback 20••••09 and graduated with a Degree in Economics in 2010. I am certified in CrossFit, as well as OPEX ‘Assessment and Program Design’. I have competed in numerous competitions including 2014 & 2015 Regionals, and most recently, the 2016 CrossFit Games as Captain of The CrossFit Squad Team! I own a The CrossFit Squad in West Palm Beach, FL. We have membership at max capacity and are one of the leading the gyms in South Florida. For the last 10 years I have focused all my time and resources towards helping others reach their fitness goals. Here at The Crossfit Squad we have built one of the best fitness communities on the planet. I personally train and customize program for high net worth earners.
