   Native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and migrated west to Arizona to start college as a pre-med student. Derek Belanus went to school for 7 years with the aspirations of becoming a doctor. While attending the University of Arizona, he decided to start his career in real estate. From Tucson, he went west again to Fabulous Las Vegas in 2001. Derek have been involved in real estate for over 19 years from brokering to purchasing, selling and investing in his own personal investments. His real estate career, investment specialization and market area focus result in relationships with private and institutional clients. Derek also use exercise and setting boundaries for personal time to create a balance including setting appointments with himself for these activities. It helps him avoid burn out so he can always give 100% to his career, clients, business partners, co-workers, his kids and himself. By dedicating all of his focus, resources and training to real estate sales and investment, he offers an unmatched level of experience and expertise.​ Derek currently is a broker with Northcap, a real estate firm in Las Vegas, NV.
