Implemented tools including, o Mimecast o Rapid7 InsightVM & IDR o Cisco Umbrella o Okta SSO & MFA o Crowdstrike Falcon o Meraki Systems Manager MDM o KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training • Traveled often to job sites and other regions to provide face for Technology and build relationships. • Migrated crucial company data to SharePoint Online, leveraging automated PowerShell scripts to provide necessary access for employees. • Deployed software solutions, oftentimes using Microsoft RemoteApp for secure access and availability. • Day to day management of network and systems including, but not limited to, Cisco and Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points, Nutanix AHV, and Windows Server. • Optimize job site connectivity, specifically in areas where connectivity is lacking, using 4/5G, and both hard-lined and satellite ISPs. • Act as the backstop for the Technology Support function. Provided the support team with assistance for all escalated issues. • Strategize in accordance with company goals to further futureproof and optimize all systems for rapidly growing company.
