Developing and maintaining relationship with global, national, and local outsourced service providers, scope, performance, contract, budget control & quality of delivery.• Collaborating with other department leaders to understand their needs and expectations and develop strategies to meet those needs.• Ensuring that soft services are delivered with consideration of the user experience and in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, AZ Governance, and AZ policies.• Managing the budget for soft services and ensuring that costs are managed effectively, and savings created through innovation.• Ensuring that soft services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, with a focus on meeting or exceeding the expectations site staff, AZ guidelines, FM, science, and operations stakeholders.• Developing and maintaining a positive, vibrant, and welcoming workplace environment that will help to attract top talent.• Introduce innovative ideas, practices and solutions towards services and operations.• Support high quality efficient facility services for major site events and high-profile visits.• Build strong relationships with similar roles at other AZ R&D sites to provide input to and implement global ways of working.• Provide input to the soft services elements of the Kendall Square Building including but not limited to procurement of soft services suppliers; development of soft services processes, procedures, training materials; KPI/SLA development.
