The first chapter of my career journey began with a passion for tech, seeing its potential to revolutionize business and life. Joining Viag Interkom/ British Telecom during telecom\'s pivotal moment, I was part of a group of 4 to built a department from the ground up, shaping its growth amidst industry shifts. Enhancing my economics education with a technical MSc from UCL London and through evolving landscapes, acquisitions, divestitures and global expansions, my role in sales deepened and expanded up to leading a global P&L for BT, overseeing a team of 100+ always driven by a commitment to maximizing tech\'s value for customers. Recognizing the transformative power of software and data, my second chapter evolved by spearheading growth initiatives at GfK (a data analytics company) and New Relic (end to end observability platform), driving success in established and emerging markets. This journey underscored the importance of customer-centricity and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture for enduring success. This believe will continue to be my North Star while growing the business for New Relic/ B2B SaaS companies going forward.
