By 17, I found myself in a management role, and that’s when I realized my true passion for leading teams and helping others succeed. Since then, I\'ve been committed to growing in the world of management, embracing every challenge and opportunity along the way.Today, I’m proud to be a Retail Store Manager at Optimum Wireless, an AT & T Authorized Retailer. My role involves managing daily operations, driving sales, and making sure every customer has a positive experience. I lead a team, coaching them to reach their potential while maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment. It’s all about finding the right balance between hitting business goals and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.What excites me most about my job is the chance to solve problems, drive results, and work with a diverse group of people. I’m always looking for ways to improve processes, motivate my team, and deliver exceptional service to customers.
