With a wealth of educational experiences, DeOnna Y. Dalton, M.A. is an educator, visionary and instructional leader who plans and executes professional development, course content and strategic planning to boost school performance, teacher engagement and academic solutions. DeOnna is a skilled educational leader, inspiring and assisting hundreds of teachers as they effectively utilize researched-based pedagogical models to translate educational theory into applied instructional practice. She leverages her strong communication skills to gain buy-in and achieve shared educational goals for school districts across the nation. Since the beginning of her career, DeOnna has been a respected educator specializing in providing educators and learning practitioners with the insight and training that contributes to a positive climate for learning, improved instructional strategies, and increased student performance.
