As a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist for Business Area North America at Electrolux Group, I lead efforts to design and implement our first regional D&I strategy—grounded in data, driven by empathy, and aligned with global goals. From launching Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and spearheading engagement surveys to facilitating employee focus groups and creating actionable roadmaps, my work centers on building inclusive systems that elevate employee experience and drive measurable change. With a background spanning DEIB strategy, organizational culture, employee engagement, and mental health counseling, I bring a uniquely holistic and human-centered approach to workplace transformation. I’ve led cross-functional initiatives that center employee voice—launching ERGs, facilitating company-wide focus groups, and analyzing engagement survey data—to shape inclusive strategies that drive measurable improvements in culture, belonging, and retention.
