I design frameworks and curriculum that help people build safer, stronger, and more connected lives.Through Attuned Relationships & Community (ARC), I’ve developed tools such as The Harmony Triangle and The Six Pillars of Intimacy to support emotional safety, trauma-informed communication, and healthy conflict navigation across diverse relationship dynamics.My work sits at the intersection of education, media, and community wellness, including:• Partnering with schools and nonprofits to deliver age-appropriate relational health education for upper-elementary and middle-school girls, especially underserved girls who deserve affirming conversations about boundaries, self-worth, consent, and emotional safety.• Producing Heart Hacks, a media series that explores real-world love, emotional literacy, and relational truth through education and storytelling.• Developing youth and community programs such the Inner Me Wellness Collective, a curriculum grounded in emotional intelligence, relational equity, SEL principles, and creative expression, designed to be trauma-informed and culturally relevant.My mission is to restore relational health as a public health priority because everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and connected.If your work aligns with this vision, I’d love to connect.
