As a CPA and PMP as well as the CEO of The Norris Group I have over 14 years of comprehensive experience in the federal, private, and non-profit financial sectors. I am licensed in Maryland and Virginia, and hold an MBA and a master\'s degree in sports marketing from Liberty University. I also have two levels of DoD financial management certification, which demonstrate my proficiency and knowledge in the federal financial domain.My mission is to provide consultative services to businesses and individuals in the areas of tax strategies and planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and other financial matters. I have a proven track record of developing and executing financial strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and leaders. I have also leveraged my expertise in the federal intelligence community to direct multiple technical accounting projects and oversee a $30 billion budget of an intelligence agency. Additionally, I am passionate about developing and delivering financial training and certification programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of finance and accounting professionals.
