Technical Wave Lead for: DC move from Cyberyaya to Singapore. Assets & Scope-Set definition. Analyzing assets and setting up asset groups per stakeholder group (called migration Waves).• Primary for Montgomery DC migration to Woodlands: Infoblox. A/D Servers, All phones for North America E911, Skype for Business. FireEye, Nexpose, FileNet DR. Secondary Wave lead for Informatica, Shell trading, Endur etc. • DC Migration: Assets & Scope-Set definition. Analyzing assets and setting up charters for assets per stakeholder group.• Set and manage daily & weekly meetings on a stakeholder basis. Manage daily work sessions as needed.• Identify and mitigate risks. Send communication to affected stakeholder / users. • Create Waves based on application groups and manage parallel meetings (mini projects) with each stakeholder group. • Create all change control / submissions for CAB, write TID (step-by-step Technical Implementation Documents), TSD (Test Procedure), roll back, network requirement changes, transition to support using the Shell system.• Infrastructure build out: Manage contractors providing WAN / Internet / MPLS / Dark fiber between Shell and T-Systems. Synchronize migration waves with infrastructure build out.• Maintain “Burn Down List” of groups and total project based on MAL (Master Asset List).
