A highly self-motivated, confident, hard-working, Result oriented professional with 13+ years of experience I started my BPO carrier with Tech Mahindra in 2009 as an associate, later I was promoted as SR associate, associate analyst, and associate team lead, I saw the ups & downs of tech M, Idea, Vodafone, reliance as well as several tele companies. During this journey, many have been shut down & still, some are struggling. I never gave up my hopes & joined Global Ai solutions for a better opportunity.Because of my sincere work style, I have been promoted as a Manager.
