HR Documentation & CommunicationDrafting professional emails for HR processes (offer revocation, approvals, corrections).Communicating with managers for approvals, leave cases, and candidate status.Maintaining accurate HR data and ensuring timely updates.4. Coordination With Business TeamsCoordinating with hiring managers for training attendance, candidate follow-up, and urgent staffing requirements.Following up with candidates who do not turn up for training or joining.5. Compliance & Process SupportEnsuring all required documents are collected before onboarding.Supporting agency contract updates, background verification, and compliance checks.6.
