Hello there!As you scan through my timeline of experiences note the variety of areas i have been involved in within and outside my home institution these include experiences in student development, supervision, operations, and large scale coordination. Do not hesitate to say hello by clicking the blue button:) 11 years Residence life experience, the bug hit me as an undergraduate student with my first position as a Resident Assistant. My initial interest in helping peers navigate through the hall quickly blossomed into my love for the department and later the higher education field. My enthusiasm for student interaction has led to much personal and career development seeing everyday as an opportunity for positive change. My passion is helping students navigate the undergraduate landscape and reach personal success. I have done this locally by looking and departmental policies and working to make incremental change for increased productivity and ease of interaction for staff and students. My work has led to creating strong bonds with my supervisees and students by always personalizing success strategies and matching up opportunities and people.I am a self motivated professional who is alway looking to elevate existing initiatives and provide new dynamic pilot programs entrenched in research and best practices. My peers would describe me as having high standards for self and others around me, organized, community oriented and always looking to provide the best services possible.
