I’m a UX Strategy Lead with a passion for turning bold ideas into impactful products. For over 20 years, I’ve helped organizations, from startups to global enterprises, solve complex problems using structured innovation, human-centered design, and smart product strategy. At CGI, I co-lead several innovation initiatives including the #CGIdea Challenge, Idea2IP, and the Venture Development Program, a framework that have helped surface and accelerate 75+ ideas across 10 innovation cohorts. I also serve as a UX leader for CGI’s IP portfolio and a voice for AI enablement across the business. As host of the Approachable AI podcast, I make emerging AI topics more accessible to teams who want to put it into practice, not just theory. Throughout my career, I’ve built scalable delivery frameworks, coached teams on product launches, facilitated dozens of executive workshops, and led cross-functional teams toward sustainable, customer-focused growth.
