ABOUT DENNY HENDERSON

FairCode works with hospitals to improve case mix and capture additional reimbursements. We do this by using board certified physicians to conduct clinical reviews of inpatient documentation and coding. With over 20 years experience, we have identified the most under/over coded DRG\'s and our physicians provide the necessary evidence to ensure facilities receive the right reimbursement for the care they are providing. With our average net ROI of 280%, our service allows organizations to focus on their purpose of providing great care. My role in the organization is to spread the word and bring on new hospitals.While a consultant at Gap International, a global management consulting company, I had the opportunity to coach and train executives in 11 different countries. The majority of my projects were in London and Melbourne, Australia. The focus of my work was on having individuals and teams achieve greater performance through self-reflection and alignment practices. I am a MBA Graduate of Drexel University where I was a Resident Assistant for 4 years, President of the Men\'s Rugby club, and Peer Mentor for the undergraduate business program. I previously served as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Community Health Charities of PA.
