I\'ve held roles in all phases of the lifecycle: pre-sales engineering; sales; and post-sales service delivery, including project management/implementation, trouble management/repair, and Manager leading Project Managers. Since 2014, I\'ve managed email, IM/presence, Audio-Video and broadcast meetings, mobility, and telecom in IT.Even with experience in IT project management, service delivery, incident management, sales, support, marketing, and contracts, my passion remains in collaborating with and developing people, creating new teams, building employee skill sets, and leading them to continually exceed performance goals.
