Globally responsible for delivering +20 Service Lines of activity across Source to Pay process flows. These Service Lines are held within four Service Areas, including Transactional Sourcing, eSourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Services and Tools & Process Services. The services are delivered by ~120 team members who are based in three core locations, Romania, Mexico and China. Specific services include supplier onboarding and compliance checks; supplier master data; contract management; virtual card support; eSourcing RFx, eAuctions and support; sourcing support covering 11 different tool and process areas; and tail spend services, including quick quotes, sourcing and commercial challenge. With continuous improvement and efficiency at our core, our team managed over 67K service and support cases during 2022, a 50% increase over 2021 volumes. Our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) include metrics covering improvements in cycle time, adoption rate, stakeholder satisfaction, aging cases and reopen rates. Coaching and guiding our team members with competence development and career development opportunities is a key element for the success of our organization.
