Local Expertise: As a Durham native with deep family roots in the area, I have accumulated over 43 years of experience in the local construction industry. Currently, I am a project executive at LeChase, where I have the privilege of working closely with one of the company’s most important clients, Duke University.Since 2008, I have been actively involved in managing and supporting our project teams on more than 250 projects, totaling in excess of $750 million. These projects span various sectors, including housing, dining, athletics, parking garages and surface lots, hospitality, research, classrooms, thermal and stormwater utility projects, administration buildings, and even special projects within Duke Gardens.I am a licensed general contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Before joining LeChase, I owned a residential construction company, which provided me with invaluable hands-on experience.
