I am an Aspiring HR Professional with a strong foundation in Sociology (Kerala University) and currently pursuing an MSW with exposure to HRM fieldwork (e.g, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition). My passion lies in building positive organisational cultures and maximising employee potential, leveraging an analytical, people-centric approach.
