He served has Human Resources lead for International Paper Operational Head Quarters in Memphis, TN, in which he led the HR function through the outsourcing of the Shared Service Center and he worked for Toyota Motors Manufacturing located in West Virginia, in which he led the staffing/recruiting process for start-up engine and transmission assembly plant.
