My background as a sales manager and senior-level sales rep include a proven record of experience, promotions, and achievements with Medline Industries and BMD Management Company. Whether being asked to lead a regional sales team or drive sales growth as an individual contributor, I have surpassed expectations in each of my previous roles.Here are some of my sales and sales management achievements that demonstrate my capabilities: • Led a 16 member team to increasing sales $20 million in one year with $225 million in total annual sales. • Personally negotiated and secured health system and GPO contracts of up to $40 million. • Developed several reps into top performers with 15 of the 16 reps achieving 100%+ of goals. • Led a 7-rep team to record-setting results with annual sales growth from $60 million to $205 million in 9 years. • Won President’s Award and Rookie of the Year as a sales rep, increasing sales from $1.3 million to $9 million.All these achievements have been based on my strengths for negotiating & closing deals with hospital purchasing; selling medical supplies & capital equipment; turning around underperforming territories; overcoming objections & creating value; applying clinical & consultative selling approach; and penetrating new acute hospital accounts.
