With 18 years of service in the United States Air Force and over 12 years of corporate experience as an IT Director, my career has always been anchored in leadership and service. I hold a Master\'s in Applied Leadership and Management and an MBA in Project Management. Throughout my career, I have excelled at strategic planning, taking decisive action, and empowering high-performing teams to navigate complex challenges.As a proud disabled veteran, I understand the hurdles of transitioning to civilian life and dealing with the VA. Today, my professional focus is serving as a Just4Veterans (J4V) Disability Benefits Education Services (DBES) Professional Coach. I firmly believe no veteran should navigate the VA claims process alone. J4V DBES Professional Coaching can help participants (Veterans) make meaningful progress toward whole health goals, stress reduction, and VA rating increase, improving quality of life.In my role, I facilitate and empower Veterans to develop and achieve health, wellness, compensation, and pension goals. Whether you are facing one of the biggest hurdles of proving the connection between your military service and your current medical condition, understanding how a nexus letter can make or break your claim, or establishing a secondary service connection, I provide the education and accountability to help you succeed. Alongside coaching, I host the \"Check-Six Radio\" podcast to educate the veteran community on vital resources and benefits available to them.My core skills haven\'t changed—they have simply found a deeply rewarding purpose.
