I’m a hands-on leader with over two decades of experience in sales, team development, and frontline operations across service-based businesses.Started as the head coach of Street Jitsu in 2012, building and leading a community-based martial arts academy offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai for adults and youth. As the head coach I led instruction, hired and developed coaches, and built a culture focused on discipline, safety, and personal growth. The Street Jitsu brand later expanded through a licensed affiliate, Street Jitsu of Justin, where I served as instructional lead until the business was sold in December 2025.Alongside my work in martial arts, I’ve spent over 20 years in direct and B2B sales. I\'m currently a sales executive at RQS Inc, where I focus on merchant services, payment solutions, and consultative selling for small and mid-sized businesses. My work centers on prospecting, client education, onboarding, and long-term account management.My leadership style is coach-driven and results-focused. I specialize in developing people, setting clear standards, and leading by example in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. I’m most effective in roles that combine execution with mentorship—sales leadership, business development, operations, or team lead positions.I’m currently open to new opportunities where I can contribute through sales, team leadership, and hands-on execution.
