ABOUT DENNIS STEWNER

With over 25 years in business, I\'ve been an integral part of senior executive leadership teams primarily working with high growth, acquisitive companies. I have been attracted to high growth environments because they provide an opportunity for “change”, which is the type of environment I thrive in. Coming up through the ranks and taking on tasks others didn’t want, brought out traits that have contributed to my success in business: commitment, hard work and strong leadership.Early on, my C.A. training taught me the importance of listening to the challenges my entrepreneurial clients faced. This gave me a new level of understanding that motivated me to find creative, forward thinking solutions, which was paramount to earning their business. My strength is breaking down silos by proactively inviting others in, because I believe collaboration & seeking input is key to creating cultures with a bottom up approach. I\'m passionate about shining the spotlight on my team\'s strengths and I often see their potential, even when they don\'t see it for themselves. My success in motivating others comes from a genuine interest in them.I simply won\'t accept the status quo, because my experience has shown me that asking tough questions produces the best results. Today, that helps me turn a good business into a great business!
