About Dennis M. Galvin
Mr. Galvin has recently taken over as author of \"Local Government Law\" of West\'s New Jersey Practice Series Volumes 34 35 and 35A. He is also the Past Chair of the Local Government Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is an Assistant Counsel to the New Jersey Planning Officials and an Adjutant professor for Rutgers in the area of zoning. Mr. Galvin currently represents the following communities: Fairfield Township as Municipal Attorney Freehold as the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Attorney Hoboken as both the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Board Attorney Point Pleasant Beach as both the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Board Attorney Somerville as the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Attorney Summit as the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Attorney In addition to his expertise in land use and local government, Mr. Galvin has substantial experience in the areas of Commercial litigation and Landlord Tenant matters.(both commercial and residential) Mr. Galvin has represented the Glenwood Apartments since 1987.
