Dennis has substantial experience in all phases of trial through appeal. He has tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict in the commercial and real estate cases. Dennis represents a wide array of clients, including private businesses, public agencies, a Fortune Top 10 public subsidiary, and entrepreneurships in diverse areas of practice. His representations include litigating fair housing and discrimination claims filed by the U.S. Department of Justice and Housing and Urban Development; industrial development disputes including over a $45MM former naval property; environmental claims under CERCLA/RCRA; employment suits involving the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA); joint ventures including breach of operating agreement concerning investments funds raised for a motion picture resulting in a $1.8MM preliminary injunction; and high-stakes business litigation, real estate and probate and estate matters.
