Assemble, build, and lead a high-performing team of pupil transportation professionals in alignment with defined policies and procedures. Shape, design, and implement improvement strategies and forward-thinking solutions in accordance with service-center level concerns analysis. Contribute toward attaining short- and long-term district targets by evaluating service center performance as per metrics/benchmarks. Draft and prepare comprehensive work progress reports and present them to the Executive Director for informed decision-making. Optimize operational frameworks by overseeing the prompt escalation (to concerned departments) and resolution of potential incidents.
