Currently leading multiple cross-cultural research projects utilizing diverse quantitative methods—including randomized controlled trials (RCTs), surveys, and social network analysis—to generate insights into workplace social network dynamics and their effects on individuals and organizations → Collecting and analyzing primary longitudinal data and providing strategic consulting for two international SMEs since 2019, optimizing communication flows and enhancing collaboration: a high-end Italian architecture studio (Milan) and a leading sheet metal fabrication company (Indonesia) → Employing R and Stata for advanced data analysis, hypothesis testing, and data visualization, including longitudinal social network analysis, stochastic actor-based simulations, linear/logistic regression, and multilevel/mixed models. Have presented findings at 14 domestic and international conferences and seminars to date and published first peer-reviewed article in Academy of Management Annals → Serving as Teaching Fellow for Yale SOM courses (MBA and EMBA) since 2021, including Managing Groups & Teams, Global Virtual Teams, Principles of Entrepreneurship, and Designing & Leading Organizations.
