In my most recent role as a Senior Manager of Product Management at Western Alliance Bank, I managed a suite of products in various stages of the product lifecycle and am responsible for profitability, viability, sustainability, and future enhancements. I worked to create and drive the business strategy and successful go-to-market of Real-Time Payments (RTP) to increase deposits by $85M and revenue by $2.3M. My previous roles as a Senior Manager of Product Management at Western Union and ACI Worldwide involved managing high-priority software development initiatives and managing full product lifecycles and large software product releases. My accomplishments include having led the development of new software to transition customers to a digital solution to reduce annual cost by $9.6M. I also directed a large-scale project to converge five legacy bill-pay software platforms to create a best-in-class software as a service (SaaS) platform using Scrum methodology.
