I bring deep experience in business operations, finance, and organizational development, with a proven record of helping leadership teams clarify strategy, close performance gaps, and accelerate results.My work centers on high-impact consulting, executive coaching, and facilitation—supporting organizations through strategic planning, enterprise stabilization, and leadership alignment. As the author of five books and a contributor to eight additional Pfeiffer/Wiley publications, I have advanced thought leadership in workforce development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational growth.I have held senior roles including President of Appreciative Strategies, LLC; Managing Director of Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Penn College; and General Manager of a multi-unit direct marketing, manufacturing, and retail operation. Throughout these roles, I have led complex operations, improved organizational effectiveness, and guided both nonprofit and manufacturing enterprises through periods of transition and growth.I hold a Master’s degree in Workforce Education & Development from Penn State, a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, and an Associate degree in Computer Science from Williamsport Area Community College.
