Improving human well-being and overall system performance leads to pride in workmanship and people with greater vitality who can reach their full potential at home and work.I have 28 years of experience developing lean and ergonomics programs. Prior to Boeing, I worked in a variety of manufacturing and academic settings including Johnson Controls (automotive), NC State University (consulting), Novo Nordisk (pharma), and Amazon.
