As the Regional Executive Chef, Dennis was responsible for all culinary operations and recruiting with in his region with sales in excess of 300 million dollars. Borders grew up in the restaurant industry, having worked in his family’s three restaurants. It was this early experience which led to his career as a chef. His culinary training at his family-owned restaurants led him to a position with Marriott Hotels in 1981, where he worked as a banquet chef for four years before joining Levy Restaurants.
