With over 30 years of operational leadership experience, I am a seasoned executive who delivers performance gains with increased employee engagement and accountability. I am skilled in change management, facility and process optimization, strategic planning, Lean and Six Sigma implementation, and product commercialization. As the Vice President Bioscience at Didion, I lead the bioscience division as well as corporate wide engineering, construction, maintenance, quality, R&D and continuous improvement activities.I have a track record of delivering positive, across the board change in organizations stressed from expansions, startups, acquisitions, and turnarounds. I have extensive manufacturing experience across multiple product lines in the food industry, including meat, canned goods, pasta, frozen, bakery, beverages, sauces, dressings, marinades, and mayo type products. I hold an MBA with Distinction from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and have received multiple awards for my operational excellence and employer partnership. My mission is to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency in the bioscience and food sectors.
