Throughout my career I have enjoyed many successes and built a reputation as a leader who can identify weaknesses and create a winning strategy for positive change, but my favorite thing about going to work every day has always been coaching. I began my career as a football and wrestling coach, and I use those same skills and principles every day in the corporate world to help my employees learn and grow and reach their fullest potential.
