I am a Navy veteran with over 20 years of experience in Naval Aviation Maintenance. My time in the military has allowed me the opportunity to hone many skills, valuable to the civilian job market. I have experience receiving and executing time critical tasking (4 years as an Aircraft Electrician), leading small groups (10 years as a shift supervisor and work center supervisor in charge of 4-12 personnel), guiding large teams (18 months as a Deployment Lead, managing 75-100 personnel across 5 separate maintenance shops, and 2 support work centers), managing high profile regulatory programs for the company (2 years as a Quality Assurance Representative for 5 maintenance shops, monitoring 10 critical safety programs), as well as training and public speaking (5 years as an Instructor for Helicopter Electrical maintenance, where I received my Master Training Specialist qualification, as well as my Postsecondary Instructor Certification from NCCT). I am a Journeyman Aircraft Electrician, as well as a Journeyman Instructor with the Department of Labor.
