Lead and manage infill and land development projects across 11 states to expand inventory of single mobile homes, multi-section mobile homes, and modular homes. Preparation and development of undeveloped land for new. Oversee all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, driving milestones such as site preparation, utility infrastructure development (gas, electric, water, sewer), permitting, home placement, and final inspections until obtaining the final Certificate of Occupancy.Key Contributions:• Direct multi-state development projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.• Oversee design, installation, and upgrades of critical utility infrastructure.• Obtain competitive bids, negotiate vendor pricing, and manage contracts to control costs.• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with utility, building code, and company standards.• Review, submit, and approve vendor invoices to maintain budget accuracy.• Coordinate shipping schedules, infrastructure upgrades, and permitting processes.• Collaborate with manufacturers, contractors, subcontractors, and municipal authorities.• Lead weekly client and internal meetings to align priorities and resolve challenges.• Provide executive-level reporting on budgets, KPIs, milestones, and cost variances.• Develop and maintain project Draw Schedule, monitoring adherence and updating as required.
