I have lead smaller facilities of 30 employees to larger ones with 500 employees across multiple product lines and processes. The 12 years spent at a Tier I Japanese automotive supplier enhanced my continuous improvement philosophy while showing me the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I have been fortunate to be part of some incredible teams while witnessing amazing individuals perform at the highest level. I have also seen the harsh reality of business. Recession, layoffs, plant closing and forced terminations all have strengthened my view that a company\'s employees are its biggest asset.
