About Dennis Paschedag
Providing excellence in relationship development for healthcare influencers, providers, and their clients. Dennis\' leadership skills were refined in companies from Fortune 100 to Fortune 1 in size. He is grounded in a strong business foundation through his executive experience and formal education, successfully leading Sales and Marketing strategies for multi-state regions (up to 10 states/140 head count) while personally guiding individual field managers in the coaching, training, and development of their people. He is known for identifying actionable turning points in key markets, developing new channel growth, and designing reproducible sales regimens for sustainable impact. Many of the leaders Dennis has recruited, coached, and developed have become successful executives in their own right throughout the pharmaceutical industry. Performance Leadership: Marketing achievements included unifying Euro/Asian acquisitions with an established North American presence and launching an Oxford University-based Alzheimer\'s symposium in the United Kingdom for global thought leaders (Merck-Millipore). Account Expertise: Engaging, negotiating, and contracting multi-million-dollar corporate agreements with C-Suite, Board Room, and Key Account Influencers (The Upjohn Company, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Pharmacia). Operational Strengths: Annually leading / synthesizing the regional Performance Appraisal, Salary Administration, and Personal Development process to optimize Succession Planning for the full head count (TUC, PNU, PHA, PFE). Process Innovation: At the request of U.S. Sales Leadership, Dennis twice led complete corporate redesigns of the daily field-coaching and annual appraisal documentation processes (TUC, PNU) for the U.S. Field Sales Force. The first engagement improved net efficiencies. The second (Searle acquisition) replaced divergent pre-merger practices with one streamlined new system, resulting in less field data entry time, increased sales results, and the inclusion of essential compliance elements for strong governance. Since his retirement from the corporate Pharmaceutical/Biopharma industry, Dennis has been actively engaged in consulting, advisory board, and relationship development roles regarding Organizational Productivity, Health & Wellness, STEM disciplines, and Power 5 Conference Athletic Performance. In alignment with his core principles of compassion, respect, and dignity for others, he is currently completing his Doctor of Ministry degree at Metro Atlanta Seminary.
