Performing classroom observations and feedback for the Sr. Facilitator and Program Development Specialist.• Performs intake of all requested projects, ensuring that the best possible return on investment (ROI) and departmental impact, while monitoring to ensure the highest instructional design standards and best practices are implemented and adhered to.• Monitors all developmental and support activities within the department to ensure training programs and associated materials provide the workforce with a comprehensive understanding of the regulations, policies, and skills necessary to safely perform their duties. • Provide overall direction and strategic oversight for all leadership program components within the Talent Development department to ensure alignment with industry standards and methodologies are an integral part of the Authority\'s strategic plan.• Responsible for maintaining strong strategic relationships with stakeholders throughout the Authority as the initial point of contact for all e-learning, micro-learning, leadership development, and emergent technologies. This is accomplished with collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs throughout the Authority ensuring highest possible ROI.
