   Dennis Nichols is a Vice President of Client Services for Sedgwick. Dennis joined Sedgwick over twenty years ago. Dennis is a demonstrated achiever and has excelled in each position held at Sedgwick. He has been in client services at Sedgwick for over twelve years and continues to provide superb customer service meeting individual client needs. Dennis has an analytical mind and uses data to help our clients determine trends, wins, and areas of opportunity. His experience includes providing account management for some of Sedgwick’s largest customers’ casualty programs. Currently, he actively manages a team of client services colleagues and has oversight for several large national clients. He is directly engaged with his team and clients to ensure successful management of their programs. Dennis is consultative and brings thoughtful solutions to remove friction from the claims process and leverage technology to make workflows more effective. He is acutely focused on our customers’ programs and results, always looking to increase efficiency, manage the total cost of risk (TCOR) and elevate our clients’ experience. Dennis is dedicated to delivering excellence through proactive client partnership while showing our customers the best of Sedgwick. Dennis is skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively. Dennis embodies efficiency, loyalty, and hard work. His goal continues to be to demonstrate all these qualities and be the best VP of Client Services, a hard/smart worker, and most dependable colleague.
