   Denny is currently a Senior Director, Asset Management & Engineering with Sodexo. In this capacity, he is responsible for the oversight and operational support of Sodexo’s facility services business from project development through Due Diligence & Transition throughout North America. He also provides project development support in terms of scope review, contractor bid preparation and selection and risk reviews. Prior to joining Sodexo, his 30 years of Operations and Maintenance and Engineering Experience includes many financial services clientele. As the Director of Mission Critical Services, Consolidated Engineering (now EMCOR Facilities Services), Denny was responsible for the operations oversight, technical development, policy and procedural development for Consolidated’s Mission Critical Service business across all market sectors. While in this position he led the transition teams for the deployment of operational and facility management personnel, policies and procedures for all of the Charles E Smith Facilities/Consolidated Engineering Financial Service Mission Critical customer deployments in the United States, including Bank of America (mid Atlantic), Bank of America (Florida) PNC Bank, Fidelity Investments, and First Union (now Wells Fargo).
