From 1975 to 1998 I took every Management and Technical course GM offered, then left dealer retail operations and was hired by the Isuzu Co. as SouthEast Service and Parts Manager and also took all Management and Technical course they offered. I traveled 5 SouthEast states and administered to the needs of 22 dealerships in Service and Parts!
