In this dual purpose role, serve as the strategic human resources thought leader for The Claremont Colleges Services organization, and in a shared services environment, serve the seven Claremont Colleges in an oversight role for the division responsible for delivering high quality and efficient administrative services in core employee benefits programs. The Claremont Colleges include Pomona College, Claremont Graduate University, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Pitzer College, and Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences.
