ABOUT DENNIS MEYER
Currently I am deepening my expertise in political communications as well as corporate and public affairs as a Senior Consultant at one of Germany\'s leading strategic communications consultancies, H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt. Moreover, I am eager to meet interesting individuals and strive to expand my professional network within the political landscape of Berlin.My academic background is in international affairs, public policy and international development. At the Graduate Institute in Geneva I specialized in the fields of international trade & finance as well as corporate (social) responsibility. I completed this program with a dissertation that developed a measurement index for CSR/Shared Value initiatives. Meanwhile, I also completed a ten-month consultancy project, which aimed to explore new ways of integrating employees in social entrepreneurship projects. Through my interdisciplinary education I am well trained in analyzing the increasing impact that international policy- and law-making has on businesses and economic institutions, and vice versa. My studies, internships, and in particular my work for the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, have trained me in project management and institutional cooperation. Especially my ability to actively engage in teamwork has let me develop and maintain successful work relationships with all involved parties.
