As Head of User Experience at Shopware, I lead a team of 12 UX & UI designers, shaping our products, services and shopware.com with a user-first mindset. My work is driven by insights, data and continuous testing, ensuring I create experiences that are not only intuitive and engaging but also drive real business impact.For me, design is not just about aesthetics, it is a strategic driver of innovation, business growth and measurable success. I work closely with leadership to advocate for design, scale UX across the organization and push for user-centric decisions that improve both the customer experience and key business metrics.My passion for UX extends beyond digital interfaces. I actively support to shape our campus, events and brand by bringing a human-centered perspective to every touchpoint. From fostering engaging in-person experiences to creating spaces that inspire collaboration and creativity, I ensure UX principles influence how we connect, work and innovate.Accessibility is a core pillar of my work. I have introduced and led multiple accessibility initiatives as Shopware that significantly improved our products and processes, driving higher accessibility scores and more inclusive experiences. I believe great design is for everyone and I advocate for universal design principles that remove barriers and create seamless, empowering experiences for all users.At the heart of what I do is building and enabling high-performing teams.
